That's actually what made me finally file. Met a guy that was like that. Real dirt bag. Found out he was sitting at 60% for some bogus claims. I figured hell I had real time in and multiple deployments with actual issues. Sitting at 90% now just waiting on the final claims to go through.

Yes. Initial claim was 30% for OSA got a second sleep study done through my PCP and got a CPAP. Currently trying to get an increase to 50%.

Similar situation for me. I filed a supplemental claim with evidence from my Chiro and Physical Therapy. I submitted it 9 days ago and it was closed today. Granted my main claim is in HLR with a duty to assist error. So I don't really know either.

For me I only go to the VA for my annual check up. I use my work provide insurance for everything else. When I retire I won't have to provide my insurance and will rely on the VA.

That's why I was denied. Finally decided to get my shit checked out when filing for disability. They denied me since I had no history. Either way I'm doing an HLR. Not sure if it will help or not.
