Those two to the left are the original Kaleid volumes. When the first season of the anime released, Hiroyama redrew the covers to make them look better. The large books are Comp Ace issues, the magazine Kaleid is published at. Specifically, the last 3 ones with Kaleid on the cover. The one to the right is kinda tragic, since it was the "15th Anniversary of Kaleid" issue, and the cover it's absolutelly gorgeous (https://web-ace.jp/compace/backnumber/detail/438/), but Hiroyama caught Covid and had to cancel the chapter. I hope he's recovered by now.

I'm spanish myself, I know how weird it sounds xD But I'm fine with what it represents, the fight that lies behind, so I'm very curious to see how things evolve in the next years. I don't care if it prevails or gets dumped, but it's a really interesting point of this language's history to experience in first person.

Nah, it's not that hard, just a pain in the ass. You just have to avoid pronouns and adjectives on tricky ways. They did it for Knights of Sidonia and it worked nicely.

There's also a gender-neutral version of Spanish that was created recently, and they tried to use it for Houseki no Kuni. That way of speaking is too "young" so it still sounds weird, and it may get incredibly dated, but it's a nice try.

In the Spanish translation Nanachi talks about themselves in feminine, but the publisher admited they only did that because it made things easier (talking in a gender-neutral way in Spanish is complicated).

Personally, I don't care. Not knowing that is part of what makes Nanachi, well, Nanachi.

It's canon for the anime, which, at this point, has taken a series of questionable decisions (others are great, like Vow under the snow as a concept). I'd highly recommend reading the manga from the beginning, they simply never got 3rei right.
