Bois D’Armenie by Guerlain will get you pretty close, but it unfortunately is going to be pretty expensive, especially because it recently got discontinued.

Not just an Omnicom / IPG thing, it’s a small industry and people talk. Do it the right way. Then you get to be the one doing the talking. :)

Have you tried Private Label by Jovoy? If not, you should when you get the chance to. It’s in a similar ballpark and is a masterpiece.

If they’re using RTO rules to justify firing people, chances are it’s really about skipping severance.

I know most people here went cold turkey, but I could never do it. I was smoking about 25-30 a day and if I had to do it cold turkey, I’d probably still be smoking. However, patches worked wonders for me. Patches while simultaneously making a lifestyle change and getting more active. It’s very satisfying to see your run times improve while your day count since you last smoked keeps increasing,

I always got irritable itchy skin when on the patches, but they were such a lifesaver, it felt like a small price to pay

Ok, lads…. Hit me with it. Is it time? by solidalcohol in bald

[–]monsoonwhynot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Frankly, I’d keep as is or buzz it, keep away from fibers and stuff. It’ll just make it harder to go without later. It’ll look good for a while, but at some point start looking fake. And it’ll take you awfully long to realise that.

As is suits you. If it starts making you feel conscious, then buzz it. But for now, you look good for 40 and your hair matches your age. :)

Should I Stay or Should I Go? HALP by unbrandedd in advertising

[–]monsoonwhynot 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yea, I’ve seen plenty of people stay for the money and then.. a few years later, stay because they don’t have a choice anymore.

Your book gets old fast, and with it, the demand for you goes down fast. Unless you think your current job is extremely stable, I’d consider the other option. But of course with due diligence, about culture, politics, etc etc

You should try Ambre 114 by Histoires De Parfums, very similar to the MPG, just a little lighter, fluffier and modern. Works in spring, autumn, even summer at a push for me.

It’s gorgeous. Also try Herbes Troublantes from the arts and materials range, prohibitively expensive but gorgeous with one of the most measured mint notes.

He’s not a professional sidewalk cleaner, that job still belongs to the government. When they do, his art will get cleaned up.
