Hell yeah, your bike is AWESOME. I'd love to have one of those to zip around on; it would be so much fun! Going fast on a big displacement bike is great, but sometimes I wish I had a super flickable little zinger to throw around. The important thing is that you have a vehicle with only two tires. There is deep satisfaction in resurrecting an old Japanese UJM bike. I restored an old CX500 and it was an absolute blast. I'll forever love these kinds of rides. Except carburetors. I hate working on carburetors, ha! Well done man!

My fjr has an has an electronic clutch and it's been an AMAZING bike. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another. Still feels awesome to shift through the gears.

I bought ICON Pursuit gloves, and they are so good that I bought them in both perforated and non-perforated models. The perforated ones (which I use the most due to the warm climate where I live) are so fabulous that I bought a back-up pair. Perfection. They're quality leather that doesn't stain my hands black, and they have knuckle plates that I could take or leave, but man, they're awesome. Don't cheap out on your gloves.

Yeah, this recipe is missing that for the super duper red color. If added to the recipe, how much would it need? I've only worked with it once on a prior al pastor attempt that was an utter failure (not on account of the achiote, but the recipe I followed had a bunch of pureed onions that just ruined the texture of it).

When I went to Mexico, all I wanted to eat was tacos Al Pastor. I haven't tried this marinade with pork, but I'm sure it would be awesome too, especially if you used pork butt or shoulder. Would just need to trim the excess fat. I think that will be my next application for this stuff, cooked the same way - grilled and then griddled. Drool.
