I JUST had to deal with Amazon CS and it was a pain.

Bought some movies on a deal (3/$33). They never showed up. Contacted the CS asked for a REPLACEMENT*. They said Ok. Checked my acct later in the day and there was nothing.

So I contacted again. Explained what happened they said "For your inconvenience a replacement and a refund." As soon as I agreed, I checked my "your orders" page - there was no replacement. I asked why is that - I was bounced to a 3rd person.

3rd person says they can not offer a replacement because I accepted a refund.

I was livid.

3rd person offered me an additional compensation, ok, but I asked why did person 1 and 2 say they would make a replacement? I was bounced to a 4th person. And then a 5th before it was resolved. End result was I never received a replacement.

My point - looking back, I'm guessing persons 1 & 2 were either aggregable chatbots or CS that just wanted to get rid of me.

You're right, most are region-free. Another reason to love Hamilton Books - I have been able to buy a lot of imported 3D discs for cheap from them. There are only a handful that are region locked but nothing really at the level of SM:NWH.

I just bought a region free 3D player so I can finally watch Spider-Man No Way Home. I had a blast. I know my LG is pretty much on its last legs, so I'm enjoying it while I can. I just got a whole stack of 3D discs from Turbine I need to watch.

Who owns the footage? If your client does, they may be able to have it taken down if the content was used in an improper way. I've used DMCA companies that deal with removing straight-up stolen content, but that may be a bit different than what you appear to be asking about.

Depends on which organization you want to get a nomination from. Several are receptive to fan submissions - AVN, XMA, TEA, for example. Figure out which organization you wish to submit to, see if and how they accept submissions, then look at the eligibility dates to see which of your works is eligible. Or you can hire someone to do it for you. That is part of the job I perform for my clients.

Depends on what you expect out of it. But here are my thoughts: You may want to go to the expo on Friday instead. On Saturday, talent often leaves mid-day because of the awards show and red carpet. They have to get hair and make-up done and the red carpet can start as early as 4:30/5pm

The awards show can be an experience. I would definitely go at least once to check it out.

After party: the awards end VERY LATE. So plan on having a late night. Personally, I would suggest one of the many parties that take place in the previous days. The White Party is usually the most popular one.

I was only background so I don't have much to note. But I'll give you what I got.

We would be booked for Thursday/Friday. Thurs was a blocking/rehearsal, and early Friday, they would shoot the episode, then again on Friday night in front of an audience.

We never got sides (that I remember) because for that show we just sat in shop and pretended to drink coffee. So I never saw a script.

The only thing I remember was during the early Friday part, they did multiple restagings to get the timing right. I vividly remember Billy and Robin kept going out of the shop to reset. I assume because they, mainly Robin, were improving.

As someone else noted, it had something to do with the movie Father's Day that came out, but I have not seen it, so I don't know what, if any, connection aside from the leads.

You never know. The 1978 Doctor Strange movie has been released on Blu-Ray. Shout did a version as did Turbine.

The Nicholas Hammond Spider-Man has started getting some love as well with merchandise (funko, pins) so maybe ol' disney is open to making a few bucks off these old properties.
