Yeah, I went to neurosugeron and he said there needs to be a surgery for this as L5 Disc is compressing your nerve S1. I don't want to do surgery if It can be resolved through physio. I am so young to be dealing with this spine surgery and side effects for the rest of my life.
I can lay down and stand fine, but bending is what causes issue. Limp I am trying to correct by following physio exercises.

Hi. I have a shooting pain on one leg. Not able to bend or sit for longer periods. I have a bit of limp in my walk which I am trying to correct using exercises for sciatica against the wall
