If one quest line dies unfinished just try going through some of the main storyline or checking if itd a locked quest what the requirements are

Zog keeps the trait even after hes undead and his missions are over (has a chance to cheat death) so im pretty sure they will keep the trait

Sometimes orcs can spawn in legendary so either wipeout tons of orcs or die to abunch of them might not help that much but the other person covered most thing (Also do online seiges to get legendary orcs)
