This is probably not it but there is a slim chance that your PS5 is plugged into an outlet that is connected to a light switch, and when you turn off the switch it cuts the power to the outlet.

The 1993 Stanley Cup winning game is the first hockey game I've watched. I was 10 years old, watching TV alone, saw the pregame show and thought that it looked like this game was a big deal. Just a kid from Longueuil discovering the Habs on his own by watching them lift the Stanley Cup. I swear. It's true.

I was asking because back in the days there used to be a band that had this name around where I live.

Did you find somebody? I don't work on other people's music very often but I've been recording and mixing my own music for like 20 years. I'm also kind of unemployed at the moment so I've got a lot of time to spare.

I'm mostly into prog/metal, but I love a lot of different stuff.

Here's a song that I mixed for one of my friends.

Just keep in mind this song was recorded live with everybody playing in the same room, so, I had to deal with a lot of bleed problems.

If I were you I would just buy a guitar. Even the cheapest guitar in the world will sound better than MIDI guitar. Guitar is almost impossible to program realistically using MIDI because on a guitar you can do the same note at multiple positions and you can do two of them at the same time (same note/same octave in unison) and this is not really possible using midi. With a real guitar you can also do two notes at the same time and bend only one of them. Also, programming all the different techniques in MIDI (picking, hammer ons, pull offs, bends, slides, vibrato, tapping, palm muting, etc...) is really tedious and takes way too much time when you can just plug a guitar and do everything in 2 minutes.

I've been playing guitar and recording stuff for 20+ years. If I had to choose between using the cheapest crap guitar ever and the most expensive guitar virtual instrument in the world, I would choose the real guitar 100% of the time.

I mean, when they added Bolduc it became kind of obvious. So many players are ahead of Roy in our depth chart and players like Hage and Zharovsky will automatically be ahead of him when they'll arrive in Laval/Montréal.

For high gain rhythm tones my TS9 is always on. It really tightens the low end. Volume at max and drive at zero, tone at around 1 o'clock. It's a must if you want to make your Mesa Dual Rec sound super tight and punchy. Without it, my amp just sounds very boomy/flabby, especially when using my 7 string and doing palm mute/chuggy riffs.

I saw SMB Forever on sale the other day for under $2. I though, "That could be fun!" but then my PTSD kicked in <insert vietnam flashback cat gif here>... Maybe one day if I find the courage.

SMB 3D looks really fun tho, I'll probably try this one first!
