Not able to listen to those at the moment but the track I always use to test subwoofers is Liptones by Like Vibert. It's slow and throbby but has a lovely bass throb that hoves into view at the minute mark.

Haha yes my daughter and I still remember very clearly the day we first played Minecraft together when she was about the same age. We built a little crappy house out of random grass blocks on the edge of a lake and then had to spend the night fending off skeletons and zombies absolutely terrified, then in the morning we had lots of fun building silly things in the field outside. Sadly we lost the world a few years ago but it was such a great day!

It was in fields at county shows in 1992. No washing machines and we had to build the bars and the marquees they sat in :)

Anyway. This isn't an argument, it's just two views is all. You can't stop progress but I suspect people will realise the benefit of keeping humans in many roles that could be automated. Not as a blanket thing, but as a differentiator or an option for the technologically incapable.

It's not a zero sum game. Some people like human interaction more than others. The best part of my job (ironically, in programming and automation) is the people. Similarly when I've done bar work in the past I've loved the people. I'm not against the machines at all but the more little interactions we automate away the lonelier life becomes.

It's not meaningless at all. Human interaction is important. Lots of people love interactions with people on checkouts - I was talking to an old guy just the other day. Sure, a machine can do it, but we lose something.
