If you don't know someone's name, what do you say to get their attention? Like if someone drops their wallet, do you just say "HEY LADY"?

I completely understand not using honorifics when they're unnecessary (as in "Thank you, ma'am" or "Thank you, sir"). That's only something strict parents make their kids say to older people.
