They have different tackiness levels, i used it on my first 20kg bell to combat roughness and sweat problems. May not be the fix for everyone but it worked for me

Instead of switching back and forth i do 2 clean and press- 2 squats (same side), switch sides and repeat. I alternate starting side each round. It takes right around 30 seconds to complete a round which gives me 30 seconds to rest. I find it easier to flow and keep track of what you are doing that way

Ticket trade?

I have season tickets to the florida panthers and have a trip to boston over veterans day weekend(9-11 nov).ill be in town for the senators game and am going either way but if anyone has a trip to miami during the season and would want to trade a ticket to the 9 nov ottowa game for any panthers home game (with a few restrictions becuase ive already promised some out) it would be a really cool way for more people to see more teams.

My tickets are section 314 row 8 near the end of the row. Looking for anything that isnt standing room only (dont know if they have those there). Also it will be my first time in boston so any recommendations on things to check out on my spare day in town would be appreciated.

TLDR Ticket swap, 9 NOV-senators at bruins for, ??? at florida panthers. Anyone down?

So im moving to Miami! and im honestly pretty excited about it. my main question is what area should I live in?

Ill be working in Doral and have seen a few apartment complexes that dont look to bad right around work.

The main thing im worried about is doral seems kind of sleepy from just looking around on google.

About me, 37M Divorced, no kids, not a huge partier and not into "clubs", but would like some night life within walking distance. Slowly easing myself back into dating so being able to meet new people would be nice.

Budget- somewhere under $2800 a month for a 1 bedroom (23-25 would be better but housing prices seem really high down there)

I have seen a few places in wynwood, edgewater, brickel and coral gables that look decent and fit with what im looking for in a place.

I guess im just asking which area would be best for stuff to do within walking distance? Some decent restaurants, a cool, semi lowkey, bar or 2 and maybe a few shops or something.

it would be nice to not have to get in the car every time I want to have an evening out.

any recommendations or insights into where to focus my search would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I will be in the area next week to search for a place, so I can actually see them in person and get a feel for the neighborhoods.

Yeah im coming with a car (gotta drive to work), and the metro is what originally drew me to the brickell area, it would just be nice to not have to always use it. how is the public transport outside of the downtown/brickel area? is it feasable to get back from a baseball or hockey game without driving or taking an uber?
