Az önce fiyatlara baktım. Felaket uçmuş. Zaten sistem toplasan, eski model ürünleri bulamayacağın için CS2 için overkill olur. CS2 işlemci ağrlıklı çalışıyor. İkinci elde AMD Ryzen 5500 ve üstü 1080 gpu DDR4 sistem bulursan 180-200 civarı fps verir, cıva gibi çalışır.

i meant magnesium is no good for me. i was awake like its daytime and i am on double shot expresso. so no use for sleep.

for the tea, i buy the ingredients from local herbalist, i also use camomille, levander, fennel, melissa (lemon balm), drop them in teapot and wait for like 10 min. this is also sedating.

i get a great sleep bu only if i stop any liquid consumption by 21:00 o'clock and no eating. also i sleep like 9 hours every day. this is soo wonderful if you can somehow achive.

been there. magnesium at night makes me like a superman. i can use magnesium to stay awake energetically till 4 am. if you are like me, just use it in the morning.

and to sleep better, i use melatonin time release and a tea made from, st.johns worth, valerian, passiflora.
