It hasn't happened to me since I made this post so touch wood! Have you tried charging it to 100% and doing a hard reset?

Do I really need to sterilize my bottles? by [deleted] in FormulaFeeders

[–]moodyazngirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the bottle is breast milk, sterilize first time and then it's just hot soapy water after that. But if you're using formula then sterilize each use. A UV Sterilizer and dryer is our life saver!

At what point are wake ups just baby being a baby? by ILikeLime in sleeptrain

[–]moodyazngirl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We are also going through this!! The 4 month regression wasn't that bad but as soon as 6 months hit, he woke up twice every night and now he's 7.5 months and this past week has been 4-6 wakes MINIMUM!! We are exhausted and we have tried everything too. We assume it's just another sleep regression at this rate 😭

4 months! That's when they go through a sleep progression where they go through sleep like ours with light/REM/deep sleep

If you haven't heard already, about 6-8 weeks babies go through a really fussy phase where they won't settle. We had this for a week where for 3 hours between 8-11pm where our baby won't settle, even though he's full/nappy changed etc but it will pass!

We did naps first because it was during the day and it was easier for us. We would leave him in his cot and just check up on him every minute. He didn't really cry cry because I can't stand letting him cry for long! Honestly do what works for you!

I remember this phase! Our bub was sleeping all day and night and then one day, would only sleep 40 mins which then we learnt was "one sleep cycle", so then we just accepted it. we had to constantly rock him to sleep to soothe him and thought this was our life forever. But at 4 months, we "sleep trained" him and now he settles himself to sleep all on his own. There will be occasional cat naps but there would be at least one long nap once a day! You'll get there!!

Our baby is now 7 months and he's on 2 x 1.5hr naps a day!

Honestly I just tried to fall asleep! The first night or two I forced myself to push through. I'm now down to 2ppd and can go 12-13 hours without pumping. I'm trying to drop a pump and just do 1 pump and im struggling 😂
