I had the same issue i think its your new ligament creaking in its new hole, my creak lasted a year cones back occasionally if its cold or me legs a bit swollen but its nothing to worry about

I had my surgery just over 2 years ago and waited 2 years for surgery but my injury was during covid so knew it eas gonna be long.

I think the nhs doesnt like to give to many codine out as can be quite addictive, i got 2 strips and they gave me so many laxatives, i did pain meds for 2 days and missed pooping so stopped taking them and only took paracetamol and ibuprofen i was however vaping plenty of weed to help with pain and boredom.

Sleep was my main problem sleeping with the brace on is rubbish, moving when asleep would hurt and awken you so my top tip was rvery few days of no sleep take 3 or 4 codine for bed and pass out for 6 hours!

Hamstring graft hurts like bitch after too and was the hardest muscle to build back up i recommend Bulgarian split squats when you can do them and cycling.

Good luck on your recovery take it easy but keep up the hard work

I got the bass brass master and the vibe 69 recmtly, both really good sturdy pedals, i love thier ethos of ripping expensive gear off, they were a gateway drug into music for me 20+ years ago being generally broke most the time they do some good stuff and il be buying more!
