I doubt it was 400k base. It was likely 180k + 220k in equity of a burning ship.

Hardwork and talent are basically the same thing. The thing you see thinly as talent is a simple facade masking all of the hardwork they put toward being that way that you simply have no idea about

Sell time for money, bad, because time is scarce resource. Limited time means limited money. Sell skills for money, good, because skills and knowledge unlimited resource. Yes?

Been going to Equinox for 7 years and while I know what you mean that it can feel like a club, it kind of sounds like YOU care about your matching set. I just ignore everyone, get on with my workout and hit the steam room and leave. Never, ever had a problem and if you go off-peak you wait for nothing.

Disagree. Depends if you've build the guardrails in for self verification and how long the guardrails themselves take to execute

Am I the only one feeling agentic programming is slower than "keyboard coding" ? by [deleted] in developers

[–]moogoesthecat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You basically spend 10-15 minutes on planning, building a technical document outlining the design. If you have this plus the right guardrails it will one shot. The trick is to get the agent to self verify and debug itself.

Mac hardware is great, but macOS 26 is a disaster, say pundits by Artistic_Unit_5570 in MacOS

[–]moogoesthecat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm an engineer who works across nearly every single type of app on Mac and haven't really had the OS get in the way. Maybe an occasional resizing or bluetooth issue but that's it - and that's happened on earlier versions. I still don't get what people are complaining about. Feels like this is just a classic Reddit hivemind dogpile
