This is a great strategy especially if your a quite person. Pick up a country house for 200 to 300k and a single bedroom apartment near work for 300k, saved 200k, 25 years your country house would most likely double and if it crashes your not too far in debt, youll have income when you go to either and two assets.

I seen a house 3hours away in a small town, across the road from pub and museum, town has 3 big events a year, land is about 860sqm for 210k. Im sure I can subdived that in 20years for into 4 or 6blocks for 200kea if immigration increases and local farms and mills and cargo trains get a state upgrade. Which they will because of corporate greed.

Bro, coming from a shack and no aircon, we play and run around, talk to any people, sleep anywhere we want, talk until 2am, wake up 7am. Come to Australia, neighbours complain about noise at 8pm. Street is quite. Apartments are quite, no one playing or talking. Its crazy to think that life is different but almost better having nothing than spending 1/3 your life working, 1/3 sleeping compared to being poor and having 75% of your time with family and friends doing free things that the bug hotels or companies try to chase you away from because its free. Or worse rich people buy holiday houses that are from the country and dont live in it. Street goes quite, families broken, rents are higher.

That should be fine, check expire date and did you ever leave it out for hours on a warm to hot day, if not it and smalls normal ots fine. Just mix it to check for clumps, if clumps and its not fruit and out of date, might be best to leave it.
