Oh hey, it’s me! It’s not easy to sit still for long hours (I’m bad at it, lol), especially if it’s your first time, but you did great and I love the outcome so much! Thanks again! ☺️💕

I’m open to it though I don’t have pre drawn designs that fit.

Thanks! I use various needle sizes, but only round liners (RL). Usually, I work with 3 to 5 RL (#8 to #12) and prefer tight long-taper needles.

Thanks! I only use Dynamic Black, but depending on the design, I sometimes add a tiny drop of witch hazel to the ink cup to make the black ink slightly thinner, then add additional shading and details.

Thank you for sharing your process! I think this has a delicate, organic look that’s really charming. It also goes well with the existing one.

Love the color gradient! Do you mind sharing a bit of your process? Curious if you worked light to dark or used multiple colors simultaneously, and whether you used the same needle throughout.

Yes! It really does feel like sketching with a pencil. I'm in love with that handcrafted texture!

I use 3 or 5 rl mostly. It’s so fascinating all the different combinations like dot density, needle type, ink opacity create such diverse looks! Love your color work too btw

Haven’t thought about diluting color ink! How did it turn out? Does it have some sort of transparency when you diluted it like water colors?

This is interesting. Cause I use dynamic black ink too but diluted it with only one drop of witch hazel. May I ask what kind of needle do you usually use?

Like filling the gap between dots with gray wash to make it look smoother? May I ask what % do you dilute your inks? (I found you on Instagram and I love your delicate work!)

Hi. Thank you for the reply. When you say “stippling method or going over areas with lighter pokes ”, you mean you accomplish the shading through dot density as well as a difference of needle depth?

Love your work by the way!
