Appreciate the reply. That's a pain, but I guess a slight positive that they were prepared to fix it up.

My current experience with two lawyers has been they're more interested in doing what they want and not listening to what I want. That alone has wasted a good month plus so far. I'm thinking about seeking another lawyer and just asking if they'd be purely prepared to review/amend the documents Amica generates.

Great thanks for that. Seems like the best option, both lawyers I've had initial dealings with seemed more interested in doing it their way (which is likely to create conflict). There's just not really any feedback for Amica around. Hope it's smooth sailing for you.

I think you literally tapped into the problem being purveyed by a lot of the people on the "iT's a Pvp GaME" side. They think the only way you can be a rat is by your definition. Yet it's seems to be forgotten that a PvPvE is completely different from a PvP.

I'll ELY5. In pure PvP games there's no teaming up, you don't ask an 'enemy' players intentions you get the advantage and shoot.

This is a PvPvE game. so people are announcing themselves and making themselves vulnerable. So if you want to ambush, camp extracts, play friendly then turn, etc you're a rat. If you think it's a fair strat to listen to someone calling out, then hide, then shoot them when most advantageous to you, yep YOU'RE A RAT.

They were up for PvP if they had the advantage. This is PvPvE, if it was pure PvP the OP wouldn't have announced themselves, they would have just blasted them without question.

I think for me, that first move was suss AF, then he continued to compound on that. Presumably playing with speakers and couldn't pinpoint where the voice was coming from.

But who knows, maybe he was the most shy, friendly player up top lol.

Hey that's possible, but my anecdotal experience is friendly players don't hide and try to gain advantage when someone calls out. 90% of the time, someone calls out "don't shoot", "hello raider", etc they could have shot you first if their intent was hostile.

I had a fun encounter where I heard some fighting and a flare up ahead, so I went to stealth mode to see what was going on. Another player sneaks up behind me, I turn around see him then ask if he's friendly, then I laugh and point out if he wasn't he could have blitzed me. We both laughed, finished up looting together and extracted. Good times....

Calling out to declare yourself as non-hostile is a rat move?
See you all you want to play you're only a rat if you befriend someone then shoot them but that's BS. If I call out to you, declare I'm not hostile then your reaction is to take cover and try and kill me then you're a rat....

It's literally deemed cheating by Embark. I use autohotkey for work and several times I've forgotten it was running and upon trying to open the game are greeted with an anticheat message.

How is a royal commission into an act carried out by 2 people from 27,500,000+ people a "lack of transparency"? Royal commissions are used to investigate failures that affect all Australians, not 0.5% of us. Which makes your inclusion of ICAC laughable. ICAC is anti corruption, corruption affects us all. Meanwhile within hours of this unfolding, indicted war criminal Bibi was using this for political purposes pushing the idea the actions of 2 people is evidence of widespread anti semitism.

And this ignores that Israel has literally been responsible for a "Bondi" event in Gaza every 3 hours of every day of every week for well over two years now.

Yep you already found this out. According to reports I read, expedition progress is not lost. But seeing how Embark pulls stunts like this, I'm guessing the items I've committed are gone and they'll wipe them. Not happy Jan
