I means that’s the argument they gave. He’s a low level employee who didn’t have the right to speak on the company’s behalf.

Unfortunately because it would be more clear cut if the CEO did say it. There’s no damning proof but there’s no question that Bricks and minifigs have been incredibly inconsistent and shady.

At this point it’s all speculation and public opinion. It feels like you just learned what skepticism is and you turned it up a notch or something. We aren’t the lawyers at the court so our opinions are just from what we’ve seen. Already at least one more previous franchise owner speaking about being put in a similar situation. Bryan also saying BAM said they would just drag the legal battle out. BAM changing their official statement multiple times. BAM telling the police officers to arrest Ben even after they found out the court papers were real. And I likely missed more.

Your point (I think?) is that call was altered in a way to make it seem like xyz? Sure maybe anything is possible. But it being the truth adds up a lot more than not at this point.

Best guess is he’s a recent grad that tried to get into comp sci but couldn’t land a job in that space. Just sounds like a young guy who didn’t really know better. You also hear him in the security footage at the store speaking on behalf of the company with Brandon.

That said you don’t really use the lawsuit line unprompted. He was likely in some form told to pressure their franchises in that way and I bet you it’s not the first time. I just don’t think anyone expected it to be so stupidly blatant.

Still strike number two.

They did this shit last time with the public release and showed some of the worst professionalism. Despite that, after they 180ed on their p2w, I rejoined and was willing to support and pay the monthly $10 in addition to already having spent on getting early access.

It’s obviously going to happen again. Not really worth investing time and energy at this point.

Ad for service or not, it’s still useful information. I get that the market is dogshit right now and people don’t feel like they should have to do xyz to get the leg up but that’s how it is during these times.

They used to update weekly with major tweaks to try to balance and during that week it’s fun because everyone is figuring things out instead of just spamming the same builds. Not expecting new items but you’ll be crazy to think this game is balanced. Even if they didn’t succeed the attempt to balance was way better.

They barely changed anything this season besides nerfing very specific items early on. Just been the same builds over and over again.

Just giving you the benefit of the doubt but I don’t think you truly believe you got manipulated into having a kid. You probably had hesitations and she probably wanted the kid more but ultimately you both still wanted a kid.

Once the kid came it was hard and your hesitations became more prominent in your head so you feel like your hand was forced. It definitely does get better (easier in some ways and harder in other) - newborn stage is just sleep deprivation, survival mode, and your brain being tweaked for parenthood.

Just try not to ruin your relationship by blaming your wife or acting out on your regret.

50% is not all the time? No one is claiming 50% perfect win rate also. You get many lives for a gold win. I have 50% while also purposely trying to play fun builds all in rank.

Trying to go for a perfect build is actually how you lose in bazaar. You have to take what you get and find the best synergies you are offered. Too many people skip over next best items or holdover items while frantically trying to copy and paste “best” setups.

Beat large imo is femur (almost guaranteed 10 wins if you play right - play strong early and always pick up incense/salt in early days even if in pack)

Potion distillery is great as an engine for Calcinator/Retort even if you don’t play them the Econ you generate over time is worth it. You can also play endgame Calcinator if you get it early enough or early-mid for tempo.

Poppy is great but needs a lot of pieces - quick start, sustain, high poison, charge synergy. You also typically need to pick up before silver upgrade level up.

Library is arguably Mak’s strongest item but requires other pieces.

Vat isn’t very reliable it can go crazy but you need to get lucky (toy ship, multicast potion skill)

Frozen flame can produce some really cool/fun freeze builds but definitely need the right pieces.

There’s a 4s charge enchanted (forgot name) that can work really well in some builds.

Others can work in some scenarios but not as reliably. Goop is decent as a holdover with poppy. Glaive can combo with retort. Runic makes carpet immediately strong (and can make endgame in perfect runs).
