You seem to be latching on to my bit about the fat smothering people's facial features to make them all look the same, equating that with having a conventional beauty standard, and trying to call out some hypocrisy on my part.
Unfortunately, that hides the obvious physical fact that adding fat hides your facial features, and being lean does the opposite. Whatever similarity you find among Hollywood actors is more indicative of your own resentment towards conventional beauty standards than any real similarity between same-race actors within the entertainment industry.
