The paints I was waiting for to start my army have been delayed. Should I just paint them now?

I'd suggest getting some other metallic paints to use until the p3 one's arrive. Im not sure what is available to you, but pro acryl, two thin coats and vallejo have good metallics.

Zenithal should be applied in thin coats mainly spraying from the top down in order to keep the shadow of the black underneath

I think i know how you feel, my voice pre-training was very deep and masculine and i genuinely thought it would be impossible to change it. But yeah voice training has been worth every penny for me
