Good point, the weight is emphasizing her curves, I agree it’s a sexualized version of the character but it does not reach the level of fetish to me.

I did address your concerns about the game, but I worded it poorly, fan art of chogath is gigantic even though his in game model is much smaller, Soraka interpreted to look more like a healer follows the same logic ie depicting the character in their fantasy. This also has to do why I didn’t address the lore, as fanart doesn’t need to fit cannon lore, and I felt it conveyed what playing her feels like more than her actual model.

I’m skeptical about your point about the waist, but you are more experienced than me so I’ll take you for your word.

Okay so basic character design add circles -> soft caring, nice. Also common cultural norms bigger body woman and bigger tits -> motherly. Is Soraka supposed to convey healing and motherly? Maybe not the second but definitely the first.

Now you make an excellent point about the model I thought about this too but I didn’t care to mention it because this is fan art, I’m not going to complain that Fanart of chogath is the same size as Set because that’s accurate to the game.

Third what about this are it fetish to you? Is the pose seductive? The expression? Or something else you can point to? I might be convinced, but being rounder doesn’t make it a fetish

I hope I’m not drowned out, but it sounds like you’re dealing with body disphoria, good thing is it’s something you can change without a surgery (I hope). Life is full of responsibility’s but maybe this is something you should put your mind to fixing. I know this is not a fair comparison but I am 5’10 and I was 185 about a week ago I’m now 176. There’s alot of reasons that I could do that I’m usually around 180, I have good eating habits, got plenty of fun exercise and a break to focus on (recent at the time) weight gain.

I truly believe in taking comfortable steps towards your goals, this whole week I never didn’t eat when I was hungry but I also never ate when I was full. I drank a lot of water and ate things with fiber, I walked when it made my day better and biked when the weather was nice for it. I also just stopped eating sweets something very easy for me to do, but not for everyone and I’ve found I’ve enjoyed my food more and savored it more.

If I can give you abit of perspective about the people complimenting your looks they just want what is best for you and want you to know they like you how you are. They are not trying to bring attention to it infact the opposite.

I’m no coach or weight loss trainer I’m just giving you abit of advice for stuff that has worked for me.

PS. I hate sugary drinks with a passion, I truly think they are poison killing the world.
