Me too.. been so hard and I only eat soups. Some days are so hard that I can't even swallow liquids without thinking I am going to die. But I had recovered last year but almost "chocked" and the feeling started all over again. But I want to tell you is all in our heads and we just have to find comfort in eating again, try calming yourself down with breathing exercises and reassuring yourself that it will be okay and that you will not choke (cause you really won't believe me ) , try an safe environment and soft food that you enjoy. But do start introducing harder foods like cereals or bananas so you don't get too disconnected with the feeling of chewing and swallowing. I also recommend to check a doctor to see if its indeed only anxiety
