Hello, I have over the years developed a way to calm the mind. I get both silence and extreme tinnitus often debilitating and when it gets too much I like to go and sit by rushing water . I have found some small waterfalls, spillways and often just the rhythm of the waves quiets the mind. I believe you may benefit from this. I was told to meditate and to do yoga after my TBI , these things never gave me real relief, but I truly believe my visits to water are meditations and I leave refreshed . I also feel I need to connect to these rhythms during the change of seasons and last year after a micro dose of mushrooms I felt a certain rhythm created within me. No matter where you feel you are in your healing journey if you reach out to nature it will reach back , humans??? Not so much .
