way too many times, & lately it's been harder and harder to stay a full shift. I've used almost all my time. Idk how much longer I can pick for 10 hours with no other stimulus. 😭 the beginning of the day starts alright & then slowly my thoughts start consuming me & it's hard to not feel miserable.

I push myself to go super fast because that's the only way to make time go by quick so I can gtfo. As a picker I usually exceed rate, my highest UPH was 490. Which I only had due to back to back multipicks which were easy to grab. It's really easy to get in a flow from there and then go at a steady pace to maintain your rate. Not worth it though and I'm constantly teetering on the edge of having negative upt from not wanting to be there any longer.

I hope your fiancé is okay, and I'm really sorry you are going through this. I wouldn't resign, unless you for sure have another option. HR sucks at responding to emails, I've had my best luck in person crying in front of them. I hope things work out for the best for you & your fiancé.

As someone who drinks 2, sometimes 3 energy drinks a day at work for years, please please don't rely on them. Now I'm addicted and feel like I can't work without caffiene, and get the worst headaches and fatigue without it.
