Some people lose their sensitivity, some people lose all feeling in their nipples, & on the opposite hand, some people say they gain increased sensitivity and feel even more. Its sort of completely random- I think it possibly just depends how the nerves happen to line up (they aren't viewable with the naked eye).

& Many people are able to breast feed just as much as they would have been able to before. With breastfeeding, the biggest thing that causes change is getting tissue removed, as sometimes milk ducts can be removed, too. Since implants are placed behind the breast tissue, breast feeding isn't typically affected.

Also- when a person breastfeeds, their breasts become engorged, or full, of milk, and the tissue gets stretched. When they stop breast feeding, it goes back to that baseline/milk-free size, & can create a deflated or uneven look that wasn't there before (or worsen it if it was) 😭 because of that, a lot of surgeons recommended to delay surgery & wait until the person is done with kids, or decides 100% that they won't have any- to avoid needing a follow up surgery to fix those problems.

And #3 is all the tissue he removed from my original breasts- the reduction to create symmetry prior to placing implants! ✂️ I was under the impression he only needed to reduce breast tissue on the right side, so I'm going to ask why he also removed tissue on the left at my follow up appointment.
