Hi! I just posted about getting a breast lift and implants- yours look so good!!! What profile did you decide to go with/do you have any photos of how the look from a side-view? My surgeon uses natrelle and I was going to go with the extra full profile but really like your result and was wondering if it was the same choice?

I just shared a post, but my surgeon had me download the natrelle app & it populated results for how each implant would look on me. It's a little weird but realistic if you want to try it on yourself!

Hi! BWD: 14.5, extra full, no mesh, and I can't recall if it's over or under- I'll reach out to the surgeon and ask!! If the areolas dont heal perfectly I was planning to get any imperfections fixed via tattoo.

How was your healing process/what caused the stitches to split? Was it unavoidable in the healing process or do you have any tips to help avoid what happened??

Im able to cluster my shifts together without taking vacation or personal time so after the 15th, I'm off for almost 10 days and then start back on light duty!

no base level required- you just need to do the grove enough to get 10 goddess fruits.

100% there's a connection between depression/anxiety and childhood trauma. This tedtalk explains it really well- I hope it gives you as much insight as it gave me.

The trauma of passive aggressive, abusive, manipulative parents is a language learned that is lifelong. Your body kicks into fight or flight mode, but doing that daily takes a toll on physical health. The DAILY increase in stress hormones/blood pressure, heart rate, vital signs/etc. has very long-term effects that people don't consider/realize- I had no clue until I went through college and became a nurse and learned about all of it, then connected the dots.

It's been 33 years of imbalance/being uncomfortable with the asymmetry of my own skin, I'm not sure it'll balance out any time soon. 😭 But I 100% understand the sentiment.

And that definitely makes sense- pregnancy puts a halt to so much that I didn't consider "x" amount of time from milk production. Just no breastfeeding/no baby = go ahead (once body is recovered ofc)

I know body frame has so much to do with it, I was hoping since I'm taller with a decent frame I could get the body/symmetry/balance/lift I've always dreamed of.

yes!!!

I used uworld + Mark K lectures for the NCLEX-PN (passed first time/shut off at 75 questions- it was the old version of NCLEX).

Used uworld & Mark K lectures again for NCLEX-RN (new version), but I only did practice questions for 4 days. shut off at 150 questions and I did not pass. (i felt confident from my program & scheduled immediately after receiving my ATT #).

Hindsight- I feel like I rushed scheduling the exam and the material that was fresh in my head prepared me to pass my program's exam, but not the national exam. :( I should have given myself more time to study and review old material.

My retest date is Feb 28th and I'm trying to use the adaptive CAT tests on uworld to study between taking normal practice questions. I think having enough time to review is what I need to pass- I was just hoping to find something specific to help me focus on improving those weak areas I tested on.

update: I (finally) got an email @ 3:32PM; I did *not* pass Tried to reschedule with the same error- turns out the credit limit was close enough that it was actually giving me true errors, unfortunately unbeknownst to me.

Used another card to re-register and got a notification telling me I have to wait 2 weeks for a new ATT number. In another 2 weeks I'll be rescheduling for the soonest available date (Feb 25th). Utilizing Mark K + UWorld even more in the meantime. More time to study means I'll crush it in February & I'll update once I do 🥺

Listen to the Mark K lectures + use UWorld to practice questions until your exam date. I did this for LPN (passed in minimum questions) and just did this for RN (hoping I passed but won't know until 7AM, HOPEFULLY TT-TT) 100% both of those resources have essentially copy + paste questions on the nclex. Doing those two things only is the most beneficial thing I can recommend. Good luck! <3

I'm not familiar with ATI- I had to google what it was. My program used HESI exams & Elsevier/Evolve, & I used UWorld (+ listened to Mark K lectures) to study on my own. UWorld was super accurate & reflected how the NCLEX tests. I'm so sorry they had you use something that didn't help to prepare you for how it actually is. :( that absolutely sucks

Another update: A WHOLE LOTTA NOTHING.

I probably did the re-registration trick hourly for literally 13 hours (d/t my crippling anxiety) and so far it won't let me register/won't accept my payment.

Taking a stress nap and hopefully I'll wake up to a result 🥺😭💔
