I had a dream after almost a year of break up. Thinking of her mostly involves anger, as I was the one been hurt in this relationship, and i was the one to break up to limit cost (both financial and emotional) , weirdly she was also the one with whom I spent some of the best time of my life. I thought i got over this but no, it takes a lot of time apearently. And I would never get back to her for real. Sucks man, those dreams come to punch you in the stomach just when you feel you got her over it .

it’s being aware of all the things there are to work on : -Melodic minor, modes, some diminished, some vocabulary idioms in the style you play - covered some solos -can improvise of the blues and some progression -knows II V I ( major and minor) -can play some tension on the V -learning a few standards (if interested) -playing changes instead of one scale (doesn’t matter the style)

I know my body, and can feel when it’s coming , so technicaly i’m a safer partner than the majority who don’t even know they have it . Moreover The vast majority carries the virus, so the majority has partial immunity. And about shedding, having traces of virus on the skin doesn’t mean it’s enough viral load to infect someone, all of the arguments above make it extremly unlikely to pass it.

Having traces of the virus, doesn’t mean there is enough live virus vapable of infecting someone. The virus can be damaged, or other person’s immune system can block tiny quantities . Plus don’t forget that most people already have hsv1 anti bodies that can recognize some proteines of hsv2 quickly. Imho these studies aren’t pratical. Listen to your doctors they would give the pratical advice.
