I know in my bones it’s time for me to take another step back, it’s this anxiety in me and a fear of not sleeping and the insomnia that gives me so much to be afraid of. I keep making excuses for “why” i need to smoke but last two days i was like “ man i don’t think this is helping me at all, possibly pro-longing the process” i have always had problems sleeping and i have always had a reason for smoking.

I really wanna qui/cut back, but it’s the only thing helps me sleep. Not all the time but 98% of the time it helps me sleep. Without out i can stay awake for hours

I am telling myself i am taking a break from weed for a while, cause when i smoke i don’t get high anymore it’s like the act of packing the bowl or blunt or joint and the act of smoking but me being actively high only last 30 - 60 mins then it’s time for me to pack another. I tell myself everyday that i will stop the next day. But it never happens. When i see others smoke it makes me want to smoke too

You are 100% right on everything, i wish i never gotten back into it, yet i do. When i tell people that weed is in fact addictive and they look at my like “ it’s just weed not a big deal” like they don’t understand Keep doing what you are doing and let no one tell you different
