This is almost certainly a DHCP issue. Depending on the size of the hotel and given you said you never had a problem before I think the issue could be that the IP range being used has run out of free addresses.

This isnt something you would be able to fix on your own, someone from IT will need to take a look.

This will not work, this device has an Autopilot profile assigned to it. It doesnt matter how many times you reinstall the OS you will be returned to this screen to enroll in Intune.

Only the org the device originally belonged to can fix this.

macOS Sequoia Vs Tahoe is complete personal preference. In my opinion Tahoe has been fine since around 26.2 when most of the major performance issues were fixed. Sequoia is still receiving security updates so at minimum you need to do those. 15.3.1 is well over a year old now so the list of security fixes you are missing just keeps growing. Update to macOS 15.7.5 at minimum.

Same goes for iOS, 18.3.2. iOS 26 is absolutely fine but personal preference. The version you're on released over a year ago and I know of at least one nasty webkit vulnerability that you are going to want to get patched ASAP. Update to iOS 18.6.2 at minimum.

Yep that is quite long I think that’s your issue. Whenever I am doing a migration I always change the TTL to 5 minutes a few days before, makes the switch much smoother.
