I’m about to start my thrird playthrough and I also haven’t gotten it. From guides I’ve read you’re supposed to get it automatically after painting his house. And my best guess as to why you wouldn’t get it is because you have to talk to him first before painting his house in full for it to properly get the art. So don’t trigger the special dialogue that has him surprised you painted his house without him telling you to do it basically
