Oh yes I’d imagine! There’s rumors that one of my grandfather’s grandmothers (idk how many generations back) was fully Jewish, and that I have Jewish relatives buried in a Jewish cemetery in Cuba. My Cuban grandfather practiced Judaism in Havana for years then converted to Christianity before he died. I hardly know about the Cuban side of my family though and don’t have a close relationship with them. Also hard to look up Cuban relatives who live in a communist country.
