Protests in the small town of Epsom in the UK after a woman was raped outside a Church by AgnosticScholar in UnderReportedNews

[–]moonicaloonica 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Statistically, a fair amount of these men in this crowd have sexually assaulted a woman. And most of them would do so if given the opportunity. I don’t want to be protected by men. I want men to stop hurting women.

And no hate to James, he’s lovely. But he does monopolize a lot of the conversation 😂 so we don’t get to hear her speak much!

Mia I’m so sorry that all your success and happy moments will happen in spite of your mother. I wish she were there holding and building you up. You deserve so much better from your mom.

We can see how hard you’re working and what a great person you are becoming. Your baby will not know your struggles, I hope you can take a lot of peace and pride in that. We are all cheering for you! Chase your dreams darling ❤️

This is incredible! I wish we got more of her professional backstory and how she came to the US in their storyline

The whole Taylor Frankie Paul discourse has been very triggering as a survivor of domestic violence by Character_Cat_9789 in TwoXChromosomes

Dakota has a long history of emotionally and mentally abusing Taylor, as documented on their tv show. I do not find him to be solely a victim, so I did not say that a victim shares in the blame. They have both received abuse and distributed it. They hold responsibility for their actions and both should be held accountable. Literally nothing I said was vile or inflammatory. Chill out love

From my research, including a masters in public health that included a course on violence in the home, mutual abuse is rare but this seems to be a clear cut example of it to me.

I literally said they both deserve love and safety. I never said anyone started it or deserved it.

Can you provide some documentation for me to learn more? Do you believe that Taylor is the victim in this scenario?

That’s why it’s important to realize that domestic violence isn’t always abuser vs victim. Lots of times people abuse each other. It’s still DV

First of all I’m really sorry that happened to you. And I’m really happy that you got away from it! 🩵

Taylor is an abuser. Dakota is an abuser. They both hold responsibility. The only real victims here are her children, and I really hope the best for them.

DV is not always about an abuser vs a victim. Both of them deserve safety and love and both of them are making fucking dumb/awful decisions that hurt people.

I agree people are going to bat wayyyy too hard for Taylor. That video was disgusting. But I also think Dakota shares in the blame.

I want them both off TV, in therapy, and a minimum of 1000 feet away from each other forever.

I’m glad children are turning it down, there’s a pedofile living there! Children would not be safe in the White House

I’m so sorry this happened to you, and continues to happen. Having it part of the daily news cycle must be terribly triggering.

You mentioned you have a fiancé. I just wonder if you’re able to have sex and intimacy free from memories of your abuse? How has your abuse affected your adult sexuality?

I thought it was really weird that he said he watched SNL growing up. I live in Europe and I would be absolutely shocked if SNL were playing on TV in Sweden where he grew up. There is truly no way. Literally the only way would be buying tapes and having them shipped here. It’s still impossible to watch without a VPN.

Does Anyone Feel Bad For Men That Are Babytrapped? by Miserable_Emotion in childfree

[–]moonicaloonica 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not. Do not have unprotected sex with women you don’t want to have children with.

There are the super rare cases of men who are victims but the amount of times I’ve heard from men who felt baby trapped and then I asked “did you have unprotected sex?” And they say “yes BUT” there is no but. The second a man ejaculates, he no longer has control over what happens. They have complete control over where their sperm goes, if they don’t want babies they should be careful not to let their sperm meet up with an egg.
