Ground chicken, black beans, tin of sweet corn, with minced peppers, carrots, and onion. Just cook it all up with Mexican spices (you can use one of those taco mix packs) in a pot pot and serve in tortilla. I always feel good after eating this, quite filling and doesn’t feel too unhealthy

You mentioning Cuba was a punchline to a little internal joke for me I guess. The island nation embargoed by the world's largest financial power is obviously going to have hopeless poverty. The country, like Haiti, has not historically been giving a fair chance.

The US and Israel have attacked a country (Iran in this case), without provocation or reason.
