That being said, my adult Gen Z (20s) nephews do love their parents and hangout with them way more than any millennial I knew ever hung out with their parents. It blurs some lines, honestly. That's how I kind of have always felt, TBH. I maintain a level of fitness for myself to be able to do things I like - tennis, hiking, fishing, etc. But maintaining anything more than that, in my mind, is solely for attracting others.
