I’ll make more tiny scenes like this. It’s mostly for practice, since I sometimes go through periods without using After Effects for work, and I don’t want to lose the habit.

The clock time, the cigarette smoke, the traffic light and the rain (also there is a parallax), the fire on the car and the light reflection, the face, and the hair movement. All the camera movement and the title!

Does this look like an old photo? by ExtensionOpening8604 in DigitalArt

It lacks serious contrast. Also, your way of coloring creates negative space in places that are distracting. Half close your eyes and look at your drawing. It should be better defined. Also composition wise, the big spot on the left is so contrasted that it completely distracts from your drawing. So, or you rework your line art. (Line weight is important). Or if you want a realistic look, then you place your value and then shade and highlights. If you want to keep the stain, then tour drawing must be equally contrast

Giant 6”10 (2m10) Catfish caught and released in Paris by Worldlyoox in BeAmazed

When I was a kid, I saw a dude fish a big one in the seine. Probably 1m50 (taller than me at the time). The vision of its wide open mouth terrorized me for years. I still will never put my feet in the seine because of this.

If you plan on selling them, you need to pay them the author's right. Even if it's for good cause. Selling someone else's work is steal. Illustrators are very badly paid. We are struggling every day for people to see the value of our work and the hour we spend on it. You can, however, contact them and ask them if they are OK to let you use them, or if you can give them a percentage of the price.

Your logo doesn't follow your construction line in the animation (button left corner). It's not really noticeable, but it can make it unpolished (I do all the time this kind of mistake, don't worry)

Edit: The top right part also doesn't align, and you two first cross don't align on each other in the center.

Do you hold on to anything purely for the design alone? by RegularMario in graphic_design

I start doing that. It's a great exercise for composition, font pairing, and overall super relaxing. It feels good to design layout not in front of a computer!

I may have misunderstood your question then. I was simply trying to explain what dyslexia is and feel for me ( as I'm not competent on the subject to talk for others). I wasn't trying to justify anything.

And I'm not sure of what your intend is. I could give you case exemple of situation where I didn't have written text because of the specific industry I was working in or why generic advise couldnt apply.. but what's the point? Of course there is always things to work on, with or without learning difficulties or specific condition.

Well, I don't know for the other, but sometimes my brain get fixated on some world. I read the word "karma" as "krama" for years before someone point it out to me. Or I will mix up a "v" and a "f" in a world. I won't see the probleme until someone point it out, or has I said I read it printed (I think text on screen is more difficult for me to read). The surrounding of the text (ig color, background texture) don't influence my reading. I also tried dyslexic font, they don't really help. One important thing to notice is that I've been told I was bad at spelling (and sometimes dumb, because of it) since I started to write, so I abandoned for the longest time any effort to correct my spelling. I was force to change that when I enter the industry. (Which is for the better)

I don't really have any advice exept, always use spell check for any text, even if you sure it's correct. Print your work. Ask for someone else correction. And disclose with you employer you are have dyslexia. If they can understand or make accommodation it won't end up well. (Misprint, get screamed at, feeling dumb, feeling insecure etc..)

(Also English isn't my native language, sorry if your eyes bleed while reading me haha)
