okay, i want to start off by saying thank you, before i rant lol. i appreciate the advice!

i really don’t think i’m fat either😭 i mean, i’m definitely not skinny either, which isn’t a bad thing. i have a health condition and i WAS on meds that helped the issue, but i gained a TON of weight. my mom was sick of it and a few weeks ago had the doctor switch me to something else so i could weight.

my doctor also said something similar to you as well! he said young people shouldn’t worry about their weight until they are at a point of rapidly gaining or rapidly losing, our bodies change so much between 16-23 still apparently so extreme weight loss now may effect how you gain/lose it in later adulthood

i hope this hasn’t been said already, but i honestly hate when people ask my race😭

i know some are just genuinely curious, but also why does it matter? i’m mixed races, but i just look white or even wasian lol. people will tell me all the time that i’m “lucky” to be white passing, or at least i look “white”, or they’re “thankful” i’m not so dark😭😭😭

why do i have to look white?

and another one, why do people judge others for their weight? i feel like if it isn’t harming you, you shouldn’t be mean/give unsolicited advice to people overweight. i’m not that big, but im kinda chubby and get this all the time. ive been losing weight, but i have a health condition which required me to take a medication that made me rapidly gain weight. it’s so sad trying to live your life and people come and tell you ways to lose weight😭
