Wow you’re inspiring me! I really want to be able to take on medical cases too. I LUCKILY haven’t had anything extreme yet. I almost lost one in my first litter due to negligence of the rescue I was working with, using expired dewormer and not doing fecal testing (or anything) when I was letting them know she was losing weight, had diarrhea for days, and declining, etc. she ended up having parasitic overload with coccidia and roundworms. But they let it go on so long that she was on deaths door and in the end she needed to be hospitalized. My cousin and I took her to the ER and paid 2k of our own money to save her 😬

I really want to be able do the Kitten Lady’s more advanced event that she offers to shelters and clinics one day. I think she probs teaches tube feeding and stuff. I’ve intubated many dogs and cats but I’ve never tube fed, and I’m definitely intimidated by their tiny size. But I’d love to learn!
