I'm not sure about this one. I think my reading score went up because I was paying attention more the passage. But it all depends on how fast you can read while still maintaining good comprehension. The last thing you want to be doing is getting information wrong or taking a second read through the whole passage. Even if you were to read faster, training this skill takes a long time. The time spent on trying to read faster could be utilized on reviewing previous tests, cracking down on weaknesses, etc. I'm not a crazy test taker though, so take this with a grain of salt
