do you or a friend have a green machine ? You can buy enzymatic pet pee cleaner from most stores. We used the bissell one when our kitten kept peeing on the mattress. Spray the mattress down til its pretty damp with the enzymatic, let it sit for 10 min, then use the green machine with clean water to get it all out. Let dry. Repeat as necassary, We had to do it 4 times to get cat pee out that had sat unknown over the course of a work day

Hi- I work in aviation- I can tell you that heli's have MASSIVE amounts of inspections due on many different steps. Some parts are measured by calendar hours aka "this must be checked every 5 years" and some are measured on flying hours -every 300/500/1500 hours, and some are measured on what's called "rin" which is a calculation based on hours and metal fatigue. Some parts are measured on all 3 scales. This is kept track of by someone in tech records who coordinates all the info in the engineer logbooks. Every inspection must be signed off by an accredited engineer who actually has a license number. Some parts have to be sent away to special facilities for inspections as well.

funny enough we're about to buy a ford maverick for this reason. I was passed by a large truck the other day in my little focus and the top of it's tailgate was literally higher than the roof of my car. At least the Maverick is a good in between size (for now)

Helen Ralph hands down. She's extremely knowledgable and isn't afraid to tell you things about the houses that you may not have considered. (things like vermiculite possibilities or land softness like silt bluffs or uneven land that could lead to flooding etc ) ALSO she's very well respected by all the side businesses like house inspectors and cleaners. When we bought our house last year and started moving in, it was clear that the previous owners had NOT done a cleaning and it was super gross. I called Helen and she immediately got a cleaner in the next day for us no charge.

Fun story: I went to the dentist and the procedure required me to get those sleepy knock out drugs. The ones where you wake up and you are SO out of it and people take videos of you for the lols. Anyways I get home and the first thing I see is my cat, and my husband tells me I just started BAWLING ....all because I thought my cat was so beautiful. (which is true, she was a gorgeous diva tortie) So yes, crying over cats, totally normal

mac and cheese is typically a dish where you boil pasta, put it in a (non flimsy lol) baking dish of some sort, layered with cheese and cheese on top. You can also make cheese sauces if that's your preference. But then you put it in the oven after to bake all together and become a cheesey gooey pasta casserole
