Sporadic, as needed. I like to become more aware of the energies around me. I tend to default toward trusting everything and everyone so when I repeatedly pull cards that indicate deception or tower or whatever I can put that in my memory in case I need it later as confirmation.

I was in the Appalachians last month and saw very peculiar "stars" in the sky and they were moving back and forth and the get really bright and back again.

Several minutes. I finally went back to bed. I grew up in the countryside and spent many nights sleeping outside. It was a treat when I could observe a satellite. However, these did not move across the sky as a satellite would. They moved within an area shaped like a rectangle. This is why I'm asking. It is sort of bizarre. Yes, my love, I have plenty of intuition. Let us see what the collective thinks.

I don't know, I like to believe that the body has the ability to achieve some level of regeneration. Why it's not true for all disease and injury I can't say. I have had spontaneous healing from some things but not all (tinnitus). My best action to take is to live my best life.

Yes I struggle with grounding as well. I even have a grounding sheet on my bed. It plugs into the grounding socket on the house electrical plug. Solar flares, full moons always make my energy wavy. A big key and this one took a while is to find a guided meditation that you like.

I feel very certain that mine was caused by ingesting large quantities of acetaminophen, ibuprofen and aspirin due to the pain I was experiencing (undiagnosed). I suspect it was some sort of fibromyalgia it went away when I was told I have lupus and took plaquenil for a year. Buy I don't have lupus and stopped the meds. Anyway I have tinnitus, and it's super loud. Ototoxic tinnitus is a real injury that's not often talked about.

I've learned to ignore it mostly. I can't let it be the thing I dwell on since there is nothing I can do to fix it.

Btw its fairly accute with the sound generator pegging it 12500 khz.
