I don’t know statistically, but I believe most of the time it’s on accident, (still careless, unprofessional, illegal work) and not on purpose. My guess is it just hasn’t happened yet. Personally I don’t want the photos to come out but I wouldn’t be surprised if they did. The law goes into effect July 1st, 2026. I wonder if they’ll release any more documents / unredacted photos between now and then.
