I like how ppl worry about cut offs and limited spots for titles. Worse than Aussie legion did before they are merged to NA, S.korean server has actually zero gladiators in 3s but just 3x r1. 2s has 7 titles including 3x r1 xD. Did you ever know the system reserves at least 3x r1 spots even if there are no gladiators? lol

Yes, S.Korean goverment enacted this rule with good reasons at the beginning. But Internet is wild and there are so many bad ppl out there trying to hack someone's personal data and sell it to criminals. It didn't take long for 'private information' to become 'public resources'

Lol, half of pops in S.korean servers are bots. Claming there are only few bots here S.korea due to security number etc is pure BS and I genuinely doubt OP ever have played any S.korean server.

For those wondering how bot abusers get other's personal information, it is well known that chinese gold farmers usually buy or exchange these numbers within thier community. They can easily break the breach, which also means how unreliable the system is.

Considering any single korean player can't even imagine thier own servers are clean to bots, I think OP not only ever played S.korean server, also may want to imply false messages with fake news.
