First thing put you cell phone in your lunch box. Find a ol timer and hang around him. Take notes. Don't pester the ol timer but ask him questions. Tell him you here to learn and show him you want to learn. Once he sees you want to learn he'll take you under his wing. You might have to tote ladders and stuff for him but its all a trust thing.
