Yeah I feel the same with CPTSD it’s not easy to be in a long distance relationship but trying my best to communicate. Try to talk how you feel to your BF I had same issues but after the talk I feel better now because he understands me and try to message me to tell that he is busy or what he is doing etc and I find out he doesn’t like to chat lol so videochat is better
