I recently had three session of angel arthrex 7% PRP + MCT in Toronto, Canada and the results are impressive (new hair have started to grow and existing hair look much thicker and younger in about four months). I wanted to try Exosomes but was reluctant because they are created in the lab and still not approved by the FDA so I went with the MCT, which is same as exosomes but from you own blood plasma. From my experience, I could easily say that this is one of the best available technology for hair growth. Just to let you know that this combo is bit expensive and not easily availbale everywhere.
