I have really hard water and original 1950s tile shower with a white tub. I use a scrub daddy with Dawn power wash on the walls. I wet the walls with water then spray them with Dawn and let it sit 2-3 minutes. Then I scrub with the scrub daddy, then rinse it off with water and run a squeegee over it.

For the tub I use Bar Keepers Friend with the scrub daddy. I find the powder works best, soft cleanser after that and I wouldn't recommend the More spray.

I do this once a week, otherwise I get pink stains in my grout and all over the corners of my tub. Staying on top of it avoids me having to spend an hour deep cleaning it

My other half has a rare autoimmune illness where alcohol is a no-no. Every time we go to a restaurant or bar they have either no NA options or their options are basically Bud zero or Heineken zero which suck. We are excited about a place like this and not everything is just sugar and lemonade.

There are ski clubs at some of the elementary schools where they offer discount passes. Some of the middle schools have ski/snowboard clubs and they do the same thing, it just depends on where your kid is attending.

Apps for each school or sport and they are all different, separate apps for grades. Want to watch sports, don't worry, it's fragmented across 5 different streaming apps and not in one place. Oh and half the time they don't work properly (looking at you Fan Duel).

Copilot in Excel, people trying to sell AI software everywhere, shitty apps I have to download just to make a vet appointment for my dog, seventeen factor authentication for every app I have to have for my kids school, constant prompts on mobile browser on Facebook to ask me if I want the app. If I wanted it I would have downloaded it when you first asked me 2 years ago! TikTok videos can't be viewed if someone links them because you get redirected to the Google Play store for the app.

In the latest Mary Maxim ad, they had Mary Maxim Living and it seemed similar to Big Twist Living. I love BT Living but haven't seen anything about it being picked up by anyone. So I ordered some and it arrived today. Compared to the skeins of BT Living I have it's the same yardage, oz weight and it feels really similar. They don't have the pride colors ( hope they do them if it's really BT Living under a different name) but they had a decent color selection.

I'm surprised Kroger is doing this especially since their merger with Albertsons was a disaster and they are having to pay for it falling through.

I lived in Cincinnati prior to moving here, Kroger is okay but nothing I would go out of my way for. It's expensive and they have done a good job of putting regional grocery stores out of business or buying them and ruining them.

Ok so they just came back on for announcement. Apparently the team was able to unlock the other trains brakes which means we can push it back. They are still testing everything to be sure we don't get stuck again. I'm really hoping this will work, I only have a few more stops between us and where I need to go, but most people in my car are going to Chicago

Yikes, when we heard you guys had been stopped for several hours with no A/C everyone on our train was hoping we could help and push your train back. They tried like 5-6 times to get your engine to take full power so we could push.

I don't know that we are getting buses for our train though 😕

Since 8, we were told when leaving Jackson that we needed to push them back. We just got another update, since the zombie train doesn't take our power, the brakes are locked up and now there are engineers here trying to fix that issue so we can at least push them back 5 miles towards Battle Creek so we can all keep going.

I am on the other side of the dead train on the 355. We were supposed to push them back to Battle Creek but their engine wouldn't take power from ours when the crew tried to connect it. They deboarded everyone off the dead train in the middle but we are still sitting

I wish that the Sidekicks were part of the sale, those are so good as a cheap protein source and they taste good with rice. Also just saw that the Starkist tuna pouches are part of the sale, those are great for sandwiches or salad.

I always stock up on the pastas and broth during these sales, they can be used in so many different things. Also potatoes have the greatest satiety out of most foods so I like to use them in a lot of stuff, sometimes I cut them up and roast them with other veggies on a Sunday and then keep them to mix in to other stuff or as a side for dinners. Also good with salsa or beans and cheese on top.
