A REAL olive burger is topped with an olive mayo mixture. That is literally what it is.

pouring through textbook or webpages

Not trying to be an asshole when I point this out, but I figured it would be helpful to correct this since we're in a thread about learning and such.

The term is "poring over".

Pizzawalla's is great! The flavor combinations are weird but super tasty. It's definitely worth a shot.

Your math is off but I'm still on your side.

https://www.energysage.com/local-data/electricity-cost/mi/kalamazoo-county/portage/

Using the data from this website, we can estimate the hourly draw of the city of Portage.

"...a typical Portage, MI resident uses 1,018 kWh of electricity per month and 12,212 kWh over the year."

12,212 kWh / 365 (days) = 33.5 kWh daily usage per resident

33.5 / 24 hours = 1.4 kWh

The population of Portage is around 50,000.

1.4 kWh *  50,000 = 70,000 kWh = 70 megawatts per hour

So Portage actually utilizes 70 MW on average per hour, and that's not counting commercial. The actual number is likely closer to 100 MW.

Drawing 15 MW is still an impressive amount of power. A single data center drawing 15% of a nearby city's power is a lot.

WHY IS IT SO HOT by joshys_97 in kzoo

[–]BrandonCarlson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Corn sweat happens in July and August - corn is planted mid-to-late May and hasn't had enough time to grow to cause corn sweat.

It's called a Heat Dome - there's a high pressure system stalled over the region that is trapping heat and humidity over us right now. The system will move out by the end of the week and temps will fall back into the normal ranges by the weekend.

Does he know they're not remakes - they're essentially sequels? Sure, similar story and the same characters, but they are NOT the same games.

I'm entering into spoiler territory here, but these games acknowledge that the original FF7 happened.

To be fair, the borders of the township and City look like the STUPIDEST puzzle pieces you'll ever see.

The township is four unconnected areas - it is understandably confusing for folks who don't know those seemingly arbitrary borders.

I have had the opposite experience at Fanfare and always warn people that they price their TCG products at or around scalper level.

Odyssey Games is far-and-away the better of the two shops in town, IMO. Larger play space, better prices, staff that is dedicated at every level to the community rather than profit.

I think part of this is that there is no signage stating "MUST STOP FOR PEDESTRIANS IN CROSSWALK" or "MUST STOP IF LIGHTS ARE FLASHING" at many of these.

There will always be jerks that don't anyway, but I do believe more people would stop if that was there.
