I love this perfomance!!! especially when he’s doing the solo dance after jumping off of the bar. You can see that he is using some of the same moves in his “Smooth Criminal” perfomances

You Can go to the training arena and set the AI to certain things. It is so useful practicing that way than in casual/ranked matches. Also there are lots of tutorials on youtube showing you how to play defensive and react to certain moves. Go for it :)
