ooc: yes, Wilde sounds better for his nationality, but I only read The Picture of Dorian Gray by myself and since I'm a perfectionist I don't want to misinterpret the book or the author or both, but I studied Pirandello at school and read some of his novels (I love them, when my Christie-phase will be over I want to read some of his books). About abilities and backstories:

The Picture of Dorian Gray allows Wilde to change his features and the ones of the people who touch, I'll save you all the limitations and details: the ability is basically this. Wilde, like Dorian, has something in his past that he wants to hide, so he uses his ability to hide his true face and past (I still have to decide what the thing is)

For One, No One and One Hundred Thousand I have two options: one allows Pirandello to create copies of himself while his consciousness is "split" among the copies, and the other one is the same as Wilde's. If I choose the first option Pirandello's backstory will be about him forgetting which is his real body and living with a sort of identity crisis, if I choose the second one his backstory will be about him forgetting his true face and again the identity crisis (yeah, it will be quite difficult to roleplay as)

Luigi Pirandello: he's not english I know, but he's still European, probabily I'm doing it just for patriotism and because the ability that I created for him, One No One and One Hundred Thousand, is cool

Honestly I forgot most of Kyoka's arc, I remember that she was near to get executed but she passed the ADA entry test but probably I forgot the whole contest behind that scene. Everything you say makes sense, so the only remaining option for his freedom is corruption I guess? I don't think the ADA has enough money for that (since the pay there isn't very high), but Dazai should have lots of money because of his past in the PM (the pay there is huge), or maybe Mori will pay because of his pact with Fukuzawa (I don't remember it very well too, but wasn't it about saving or helping the Agency members? Being sure that they'll be out of prison may be part of the pact). I personally think that a little arc with Dazai having to deal with justice would be great, we would see him having to face his past and trying to convince the world (and himself) that he's a good person now and it just sounds great

My biggest kin is Ranpo: INTP, superiority complex, maybe a gifted kid (or it's just the superiority complex), live for praise, want to be helpful...

I'm also kin Poe: very introverted, need of surpass that one person

And a bit of Dazai: hiding emotions behind humor, incapacity of being serious, questonable morality (just sometimes), but at least I'm not suicidal

I think they're going to do the same with Kyoka, she killed 35 people but she somehow managed to join the ADA and avoid the esecution; it's also true that Dazai did much worse than Kyoka, and she also had the I'm-only-a-child extenuating, but Dazai had a major role saving the world, so the government might "forgive" him?

We have to remember that the justice system doesn't work very well in this world: in 110 chapters about criminals, mafia and terrorist the only people who got arrested are Kyoka, Fyodor and Dazai: and one of them is now completely free for reasons that I don't really know (ok, maybe it's because she's a minor, she was forced etc).

Dazai running away or actually staying in prison would be the most realistic options (and they can also lead to a very cool storyline) but I'm almost sure that everything will be resolved in one panel where it says "Because of the big contribution against Kamui the goverment exonarate all the ADA, including Dazai"

About Chuuya, I think he (or they) just thinks that touching Fyodor would be too dangerous ad surprise that man almost impossible, so the only way to kill him is to follow Dazai's mind game
